EML Document Format EML Converter
EML is one of the most common file formats for email messages. It was developed by Microsoft. EML files include the plain text of the message and subject line, along with details of who sent and received the message, and the date and time it was sent. If the sender included attachments with the email, these are also saved within the file, increasing the total size.
Not all email clients use the same format for saving message files. However, Microsoft Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird and Lotus Notes are all examples of email clients that save into EML. Even if you use a different email client, you can usually use that program to open EML files if they’ve been sent as an attachment. You can also usually open EML files with web browsers, and sometimes they will open in plain text editors like Notepad or Apple TextEdit.

JPG Image Format JPG Converter
JPG, or JPEG, is one of the most widely used digital image formats. JPG is a universal format which can be opened by almost all image-viewing or -editing programs, by web browsers, and by certain other apps, and they’re supported by most devices. JPGs are 2D pixel-based ‘raster’ images, which makes them better for photographs or scans, rather than digital illustrations which are often better as ‘vector’ images. Many cameras, smartphones, and basic photo or drawing programs will automatically save into JPG format. However, you can usually adjust settings to save into other formats if needed.
JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group, which is the name of the committee that standardised the format. JPG is a ‘lossy’ format, meaning that it is compressed to save storage space and make it easier to share. This compression can affect quality, but this loss of quality isn’t noticeable to most users.

There are several ways to convert EML to JPG, including with file conversion software and online tools like Zamzar. To convert files with Zamzar, simply upload your EML file to the website, select to convert it to JPG and then download the image file. You can also print emails to PDF and then convert this PDF to an image using Zamzar or another software such as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Another way is to take screengrabs of individual open emails and paste the images into a drawing program like Adobe Photoshop to save as JPGs. However, you may need to crop the images before saving.
You should be able to open .EML files in most email programs, including Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail. They will also usually open in web browsers if you change the file extension to .mht. Alternatively, you could open them with a plain text editor like Microsoft Notepad or Apple TextEdit, although you may need to rename the files with the file extension .txt first.
