We needed toreplace our entire living room furniture. After visiting many other furniture stores and facing high prices with insane lead times, wehad pretty much given upuntil afriend recommended Mecklenburg Home. Westopped byon aFriday, found exactly what wewanted ata reasonable price, purchased itthat day and came back the next day topickup. Everyone weworked with were awesome and the guys even helped load upmy truck and trailer. Welove our new furniture and will definitely beback inthe future when weneed more!… – show

Needed toupdate our living room furniture. While there was abig selection atthe store, exactly what wewanted had tobe ordered. Well, it’s here and weloveit! Cassandra (the manager) was sohelpful with decisions onstyles and colors— she has afuture ininterior design. The delivery crew was professional and courteous. Nice, sturdy furniture with large selection ofstyles. Even better isthe helpful, knowledgeable staff! Plus, this place isone ofthe few furniture stores intown that actually has alot ofitems instock lately. I’ve been able totake home furniture same day and I’ve gotten prompt deliveries and installations aswell. Everything isalways handled soprofessionally and we’ve had great experiences buying basically our entire house here.

Do not buy from this company. Ipurchased atable inSeptember after having the table for 9days the leg brokeoff. After 2brown legs(my table iswhite) afalse tracking order and multiple text and calls It's Christmas Eve Istill don't have atableleg. Unacceptable and they refuse tolet metalk tomanagement. Save yourself the trouble and donot buy here.

Ikea, weapologize for the inconvenience that these errors have caused. Upon receiving your initial complaint weimmediately requested awhite leg toreplace the one that broke. Itarrived inthe color brown. Once wewere informed about this, wereached out tothe manufacturer and had another leg sent and itwas browntoo. Wewere not happy, aswereyou, that this error took place two times. After this, the Warehouse Manager from the manufacturer personally picked out and mailed awhite legthrough UPS Red Overnight. Wereceived anotification from UPS tracking system that the white leg was shipped and was left atyour door onTuesday, December 14th at9:58am. This package which you referred toas “false” was sent and UPS did confirm through their receipt that itwas delivered toyour doorstep. This isa mystery tous astoyou. After this, Mecklenburg Home’s Sales Manager spoke toyou onthe phone and you said that you would becoming tothe store. Wewere awaiting your arrival atthe store before receiving your complaint online. Wewill contact you tosend another leg via USPS that will only bedropped off orreleased upon signature tomake sure that the package doesn’t disappear. Once again, weapologize for the inconvenience this has caused.… – show

Iwas almost totally deceived until Iwalked inand was led byAMANDA tocontinue past the first room..WOW!!!This place has rows & rooms ofHIGH quality furniture and supportive staff!! Iwas VERY impressed bytheir selections and STYLE!! Iwent toALL ofthe high end stores and was not satisfied UNTIL Icame here!!! This has become myfirst and generally only stop for home furniture anymore. The selection isshockingly vast, and the staff isvery friendly but not the least but pushy ortrying toforce asale. And the prices…wow. This dining set was easily 60—70% less than where this line (Magnolia Home) iscarried ona fancy showroom floor.
